Welcome to our colleague’s introduction to Peter. With his curiosity, analytic, and competitive mindset, he constantly seeks new collaborators and stakeholders. Peter looks forward, is excellent at connecting with people, and gets motivated by measurable results. A backbone value-set of Green Dealflow, as you will learn when collaborating with us in the future.
In the spirit of a dedicated sportsman
Peter is greatly inspired by the values and competitiveness in sports:
“Soccer, running, and sports, in general, taught me the value of dedication, teamwork, communication, and strategy. That translates well into the business world. I love working with sales and business development, building client relationships, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. When playing soccer or running a marathon, I want to perform and even outperform myself every time. I bring that dedication into my work at Green Dealflow,” Peter says.
A need for forward-thinking
At his desk in the Green Dealflow office, Peter is either intensely focused on a task or talking about new ideas, approaches, and opportunities on a string of pearls. He has previously worked with pension advisory and finance analytics. He found, though, that he wanted to shift the work area to a company and setting that focuses on contributing to the green transition through an innovative business concept.
“As the world shifts toward sustainable energy sources, companies must develop new approaches and business models to address and exploit the challenges and opportunities ahead. Investing in and developing renewable energy businesses and projects is not only financially rewarding but also contributes to a more sustainable and equitable future for all. Contributing to and being directly involved with that at Green Dealflow is both exciting and a meaningful industry to be part of“, Peter says.
Learning in an international environment
Already in 10th grade, at the end of Danish primary school, Peter, as a very young man, decided to move to Chicago, USA. Perfecting his English language skills, adapting to a foreign culture, and the hunger for experiences were satisfied for a while. A short while.
Peter was and is always looking to challenge and develop himself and the things he gets involved in. Joining the top-10 World University ranked Copenhagen Business School, he has done his Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration Economics. Today he is well away on his Master of Sciences in Finance and Strategic Management. Later in 2023, he will once again pique his curiosity and join an international semester in different countries around Asia.
We look forward to sending Peter out in the world. And even more to welcome him back to the Green Dealflow team with new perspectives adding to our collective knowledge.
