(3) Signing the Fee Agreement
After the right investment is identified a success fee agreement is signed.
(4) Introduction Meeting with the Developer
We will set up a virtual introduction meeting between you and the developer to have a preliminary discussion and agree on further steps.
(5) Closing the Deal and Success Fee
Once you have reached a binding agreement with the developer, we will charge our fee. The fee is fixed and depends on the project’s size and stage. But remember! If the deal is not closed, no fee will be charged! No cure – no pay.
