(3) Signing the Fee Agreement
After the right investment is identified a success fee agreement is signed.
(4) Connecting with the Asset Owner
We will introduce you to the seller, so that you can have a preliminary discussion and agree on further steps.
(5) Closing the Deal and Success Fee
Once you have closed the deal, we will charge a small fee. The fee is fixed and depends on the project’s size and stage. But remember! If the deal is not closed, no fee will be charged! No cure – no pay.
