Green Dealflow is looking for a Student Analyst to join our team in Copenhagen. Reporting to the Regional Manager for the Nordics, you will work closely with both the transactions and advisory teams, supporting the daily execution of client projects and commercial activities in the renewable energy sector.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in green infrastructure transactions, advisory, and business development. From helping assess project pipelines to generating leads in emerging markets, your work will directly support Green Dealflow’s mission to accelerate clean energy investment globally.
Your Responsibilities and Duties Will Include:
- Revenue Forecasting: Help compile and analyze data from sales, transactions, and advisory to develop revenue forecasts, make trend analysis and revenue visualizations for the advisory and transactions business.
- Market Expansion: Support the identification and qualification of new client leads, particularly in the CCE region and North America.
- Team Support: Assist the transactions and advisory teams with day-to-day tasks related to project assessments, deal flow, and client coordination.
- Client Engagement: Support client outreach efforts by helping prepare materials, scheduling meetings, and conducting follow-ups.
- Project Assessment: Assist in evaluating renewable energy projects, including reviewing project documentation and performing preliminary analyses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management to ensure alignment across outreach, project planning, and reporting activities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a resourceful and proactive student who is eager to work at the intersection of green energy and finance. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks, enjoy digging into data, and can communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
We Expect You To Have:
- Ongoing studies (2nd/3rd year Bachelor’s or 1st year Master’s) in Business, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Interest in renewable energy markets, infrastructure finance, or project development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot is a must
- Prior experience with client-facing work, business development, or research is an advantage, but not required
Additional Information
- This is a part-time position (~15–20 hours per week), based in our central Copenhagen office
- Remote work is not available, and candidates must reside in Denmark
- No travel is expected for this role.
